By accessing or using the website (k-afe.shop), reserving a table, or placing an order with k-afe Town, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

To place orders or confirm table reservations on our digital platform, users may authenticate via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your session.

3. Reservations & Orders

• Table Reservations: Table availability is subject to confirmation. k-afe Town reserves the right to hold tables for up to 15 minutes past the reserved time before releasing them to waiting guests.
• Orders & Pricing: Menu items and prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and subject to change without prior notice.
• Order Confirmations: Orders placed in the app (dine-in tab or takeaway) are subject to item availability at the cafe.

4. Code of Conduct

Guests visiting k-afe Town are expected to respect cafe staff, fellow patrons, and property. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations in cases of disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

k-afe Town is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, delay in table availability, or third-party service interruptions.
